- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We proudly offer a 10% discount for Veterans and First Responders as a thank-you for your service to our community. To provide every customer with a thorough and professional assessment, we charge a $75 inspection fee for on-site evaluations. The good news—if remediation services are needed and you choose to hire us, that $75 is applied directly toward your project cost. This allows us to deliver honest, expert inspections while keeping your investment working for you from the very beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick conversation to understand your concerns, the scope of the issue, and how quickly service is needed. From there, we schedule an on-site inspection to assess the situation thoroughly and identify the best solution. We provide honest recommendations, clear communication, and upfront pricing so there are no surprises. If remediation or restoration services are needed, our inspection fee is applied toward the project cost. Once approved, our team works quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue while keeping you informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering high-quality results you can trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a unique combination of restoration expertise, insurance knowledge, and emergency response experience that allows us to serve customers quickly and confidently during stressful situations. Our owners have over 20 years of experience working with insurance companies, giving us a strong understanding of the claims process and how to help clients navigate it smoothly. They also bring more than 20 years of experience as first responders and in emergency management, which means we understand the urgency, professionalism, and care required when responding to property damage and environmental concerns. In addition, both our owners and technicians are IICRC certified and have years of hands-on experience in restoration, remediation, water damage, mold removal, fire cleanup, odor control, air duct cleaning, and emergency response services. Our training allows us to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions while treating every customer like family.
