You are only allowed to check three items out of the five but I would also give Brian and Kevin responsiveness and punctuality to go along with work quality, professionalism and value. Brian is a respectfully young man that has wisdom beyond his years. Most importantly, he does honest, good work. I had Brian replace two junky water heaters with a larger new one. Going to have him come back and replace my ac.
