- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and we’ve often been told we are “too cheap” Bottom line is this, we will meet or beat any competitors pricing when comparing apples to apples.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost listen to the customers needs , then do everything in your power to ensure the job is done correctly and is exactly what the customer needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College taught me how to Start a business but doing the labor taught me how to be successful at making customers happy. I have worked with farmers and ranchers across the state building fence , moving equipment , cutting down trees etc.
