I have never dealt with someone who is bipolar like this customer. I never knew who I would be working for on any given day. There were times I could do no wrong and days apparently all I could do was wrong. I never threatened nor did I ever send threatening text messages. I was never told not to do plumbing and I preferred not to do plumbing because I asked that she call a plumber to look at what had been done previously. The plumber looked and said the whole house would need to be replumbed mainly because the pipes were electrical pvc conduit that was old and brittle. As I was removing the cabinets a pipe broke, I diverted the water to a hole in the floor and went out and turned the water off. At that point I asked her if she wanted me to repair the broken pipe and she said yes, so I did. Then the next day she starts sending me text messages saying she told me not to fix the issue and that I was fired, I scheduled a time to gather my tools and collect payment for all the work I had done, she refused to pay me and said she was going to sue me. I have since filed a lawsuit againsed her for theft of services and for defamation because she said I was a convicted felon for assault with a deadly weapon which is not true at all. I realize she is sick and bipolar is not something you just get over. If your reading this please take the time to see my other reviews which are all 5 star.
