Great experience leading up to our first house clean. Unfortunately our first visit lasted about 6 hours and there wasn’t a lot to show for it. A few loads of laundry were folded (lots of clothes were still damp), some light wiping down, and that was about it. Seemed like a lot of time for not a lot of things getting done so I was a bit disappointed.

An introduction that shows who I am and when I arrive to the residence I plan on cleaning I always make sure to check with the customer to find any specific areas that they are most worried about and what it is they are worried about
