Joey Wong-Vermilliona performed high-quality replacement of all 11 shut-off/water supply line pairs of my 25-year-old house, after evaluating and explaining services and pricing upfront with transparency.
When there is additional discovery, he updated me with the same communication.

The person who came to fix the blow back breaker on the outside faucets was professional and completed the job quickly and successfully. I am expecting a quote on the water heater and invoice, but haven’t received it yet. There was miscommunication on the scheduling, but this was rectified to my satisfaction.

We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call us, and one of our highly trained advocates will be happy to listen, understand, and provide pricing for your specific plumbing situation and need. If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry! Our advocates are able to call our field supervisor, Theron, who has 20+ years of plumbing experience, to help you and talk to you about your specific plumbing situation or need! We will never tell you something we don't know. We pride our company on being upfront and honest, and you will always get a pleasant experience on the phone. Once the situation is addressed, our advocate can book your appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed, bonded, and insured. We keep up with plumbing code changes each year in Texas so that we can always do the safest work possible for our customers.
