About this pro
Stephen was amazing! By far the best carpet cleaning services we've had. We will definitely be using him again! Thank you Stephen!May 11, 2018Verified
Really sloppy work! Shame On Me for not inspecting work closely before I paid him. I hired Stephen to prepare cement floor for acid stain and he was going to sand, then wet-vac. He also told me that he could remove the ceiling fan (which he did, no complaints there) and patch 2 holes in the drywall. I don’t believe that he sanded the floor at all, as it still had drops of paint and joint compound which should have been sanded off and vacuumed up. The patch work was horrible and I have no idea what type of material he used to patch with - it certainly wan’t joint compound. It was like a glue of some kind that was still gummy hours later! It looks terrible. I could have done a better job myself! Also, when I asked him what he used on the walls and the floor he refused to respond. Here is our text exchange:Feb 17, 2018Verified
