Great Job and very detailed and examined the entire house inside and outside. My receipt explained in detail what work was completed and the job start time and finish time, I will use again and refer to others that need a quality Pest control company in the DFW area. N Texas Pest Control and the owner Alyssa serviced our property for the past 8 months and I have to say the service is above reproach. Timely and courteous are the top 2 qualities I look for and NTPC has always delivered.

Thanks John. I have been in customer service my whole life and I was taught from a very young age to always be on time (if not early). That is something that you don't find much any more but you will with N Texas Pest Control. If I am going to be late you will know about it as soon as I know. Nothing bothers me more than to hold someone up from their busy day.

Alyssa came out and treated our house (inside and out) and also did our yard. She was prompt, very thorough and professional. I have a couple of large dogs and she took great care to make sure they were nowhere close to the treated areas until it was safe. Much better service than anyone I've used before.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 different types of reoccurring services for general pest control. For houses that are 3000 sq. ft. or less a monthly service is $35.00, every other month service is $55.00, and our quarterly service is $75.00. For homes that are over 3000 sq. ft. a free inspection will help us determine the service charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend at least 6 continuing education classes a year to keep up our license, we are part of several different groups for pest control professionals and stay up on the latest developments through different publications and associations that we belong to.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing pest control when there were spiders in all rooms of my new home. I couldn't take it and decided to take care of my problems myself instead of hiring a company to do it for me. I wasn't working at the time so I figured why not. Found out I was pretty good at it and when it was time to go back to work I went to a job fair and one of the big companies was hiring and signed me on. They helped me get the proper education that I needed to be a licensed technician. And from then on I have only done my very best to take care of my clients homes.
