They were good until they weren't. Being a small business owner myself, it irks me to have to write anything but a stellar review. Connor was very responsive and professional up until he ghosted me. We agreed to a scope of work, and he had his guys come out to execute. I'm not the type to stress out over how quickly a project gets done, so I was more than willing to let the guys take whatever time the needed to repair the section of fence I needed repaired. The overall fence repair is functional, but the drainage they installed is not. The following punchlist was left remaining, and I was ghosted on the project: 1. Install additional support poles at bottom of fence per original agreement. 2. Reinstall fence cap to match style of my existing fence. 3. Move front support pole, so it does not impede my bedroom window. 4. Repair and test the drain they installed for functionality. 5. Bring drain exit to street as agreed. A few of the punchlist I have the skills and tools to complete myself, but a few of them I do not. Alas, I am stuck with an incomplete project and a non-responsive contractor whom I have already paid 100% of the project cost per their request. Moral of the story. Don't think you are being a good person by giving a Contractor extra time to complete a job, and don't ever entertain paying a Contractor all monies until a job is 100% complete. I would be more than willing to update this review if they would just come back and finish the job they started...
