Discounts offered and service call is waived with repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a time window for appointment. After arriving and getting customer's input on issues, inspect door and opener and covering options with customer. Focus is on work required, not in upselling unnecessary repairs or addons.
