We are very satisfied with our kitchen renovation.. Adel and his team did a great job in remodeling our kitchen and redoing our floors. The workers are amazing showed up every morning consistently and respected us and our house. They cleaned up every end of the work day and made sure our house is clutter free. We appreciate it so much because we have 2 kids that can easily get hurt by all the construction debris. Mike and Mayderson did our demo, our flooring and trim work. They are very skillful in what they do and have excellent work ethic. We also worked with Mariana, Adel's designer. She is very pleasant and talented. She brought our ideas and what we want our kitchen to look like to life. She used a 3D tool and she presented the design to us. It is a great plus because we were able to foresee what our idea would look like before construction (e.g. we initially wanted stained shelvings but when Mariana put it in the renderings it didn't look good so we changed it to white paint). Mariana also recommended the size and style of furnitures that will look good in our kitchen. Mr. Harold the plumber/handyman is great too, very prompt and courteous and our kids love him. Hector and Miguel the cabinet makers are exceptional in what they do. They were very patient with us when we wanted to modify some details on the inside of the cabinets. Adel our GC came by consistently to make sure everything is done right. He also gave us great pricing for our kitchen reno. For the quality that we got, designer included with custom inset cabinets his pricing will be very hard to beat. His materials are high quality too. We paid him by phase that is indicated in the contract. Towards the end, Mr. Harold painted all our baseboard no charge as their gift. This company have good skillful people with integrity and it was a pleasure to do this project with them..

I worked with Texas prime on couple of projects oner the last year. What an a awesome team they have. Very punctual and very nice people to work with. He did my bathroom remodel from scratch - whole 9 yards and it came out sparkling. Even after an year, it looks just like the first day due to their workmanship I have and will use them again. Thank you Adel.

I highly recommend Texas Prime Contractor (TPC). I had the pleasure of working with Adel to replace our entire first story, including the floors, kitchen, master bath, half bath, and painting the walls. They finished the entire job within one day of the deadline. The workmanship was excellent, communication was prompt, and the workers were very friendly and honest. We are now back in our home, and everything is working. I even continue to communicate with Adel to work on smaller projects throughout the house, because they did good, honest work, on time. There were no hidden fees, and they were true to their estimates. Like most customers choosing contractors, I initially feared that a contractor could potentially take our money, and then flee; I never felt this with Adel and TPC. At the first meeting, he came on time with a portfolio at hand. After describing our situation and our needs, he wrote an estimate for the job. He assured me that the cost of the job would be within the range of the estimate, and it was. Payment was based on multiple phases of the job. You pay an initial amount, and then after TPC finishes each phase, you provide the payment for that completed phase. I recall Adel noting that this method is safe for both parties (the contractor and the client), and I agree that it is. No other contractor I met was as thorough and honest. After the demolition phases, we met with the designer. Her name was Mariana, and she was wonderful. She will work with you and Adel to redesign your home. For us, this included the floor plan, layout, cabinet designs (kitchen and bath), paint colors, materials, etc. After a few consults, Mariana provided full PDFs of the designs, so everyone, including TPC and Adel, are on the same page about how your house will look. The rebuild phases were great as well. The wooden floors, tile, and backsplash was all laid correctly. The cabinets were properly built and installed correctly. The countertops were properly installed on top of the cabinets. The shower stall looks great with high quality glass. All the finishes and fits are great. TPC used contractor grades for all the materials. One concern I had was whether a contractor would buy cheap materials to lower their own overhead and maximize profits. TPC used very good materials. In fact, there were multiple occasions when Adel went out of his way to obtain higher quality materials for our flooring, countertops, and backsplash. He would text me pictures to let know which options were best. I went with all of Mariana and Adel’s recommendations, and everything turned out great. Throughout the process, if I had any concerns, I would text Adel, and he would return a text within minutes, sometimes late into the evening. When there was a change needed, Adel took extra steps to absolutely ensure it would be to my liking. They finished the job within one day of their own self-imposed deadline, which is amazing. I continue to text Adel to work on additional smaller projects on the home. Adel, TPC, and Mariana did a great job, and our home really did turn out like the design renderings.
