Would rate six stars if I could. Excellent work and work ethic. Even did some carpentry work related to the install for a very reasonable cost. Very professional. Will probably hire again for more work in the near future.

I was only able to pick three items, but I would've added Professionalism and Punctuality as well if the system would let me. Will worked with me every step of the way. I had to schedule the gutter install about 6 - 8 weeks out because I was having the trim painted to match the gutter color that I chose. Will was continually answering my questions when I was trying to gather all of the information that I needed to get the color match done correctly and his help paid off! It is honestly hard to tell that there are gutters on my house. He made them blend in well with the paint match (See the before and after in the attached photos). Will also helped guide me when I was trying to determine which path I should take with my gutters. Will has multiple options for color, gutter guards, and the way that the water drains from the downspout.
I have a single pitch line house and Will arrived around 8 am and was done by noon. The only downside now is that it has barely rained since my gutters have been installed. I am excited to see them in full action. It has rained while I was sleeping, but I was able to tell that the gutters were working properly and diverting water away from my house's foundation.
I would 100% recommend GoodWill's Gutters, LLC to anyone if they need to have new gutters installed on their house. The price is great and the options are great! Lastly, Will is great to work with and I will have him install gutters on my house again if I ever buy another house that doesn't have gutters.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are reasonably priced. We will probably never be the cheapest but we definitely won’t be the most expensive. We fully stand behind our work and we have a TON of experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat them as a friend right off the bat. Try to find something in common like having kids, sports, etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My grandpa built houses his entire life. When dad married mom, dad got into contracting as well. I guess you could say I’m a third generation contractor. I’ve been swinging a hammer since I was a kid!
