- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple pricing based on a service call fee, labor time, and materials used for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service team will speak with you about the project you need completed and will give you an estimate over the phone and schedule you for a set time of arrival for our Craftsmen. Once the Craftsmen arrives he will confirm the job details and complete the project estimate with the customer so they have the complete project cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Craftsmen are crossed trained in multiple disciplines of the construction industry preparing them to handle any needs you have to keep your home in top shape.
