I recently hired Horizon Home Services for various home projects, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional.
First, the responsiveness was impressive; they promptly answered my inquiries and scheduled a visit at my convenience. The handyman arrived on time, fully prepared, and displayed a great deal of professionalism.
Throughout the day, he tackled multiple tasks including replacing door knobs, installing new light fixtures, and painting. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding, truly transforming my space.
What I appreciated most was his willingness to answer questions and provide advice on future projects without any pressure to upsell unnecessary services. The pricing was fair and transparent, which is always a plus in my book.
