The short version: I can’t say enough good about QT and Michael and will 100% be calling them again in the future. They were incredibly responsive and offered a fair price. Michael was on time and so kind and professional right off the bat. He was fast and communicative all the way through.
The details: I’d purchased a standard 49” cultured marble vanity top only to find out my space was 48.5”. I’d requested multiple quotes and called around. Everyone either said no they weren’t willing to trim down cultured marble, or quoted me way too high. Then came QT who gave me a fair price and availability.
After he finished trimming down (with no problem) and replacing our vanity top, we asked if he could take a look at some fireplace doors we’d bought thinking we could install ourselves (but had since realized our fireplace was a little funky and needed some custom fitting). He looked at what we had, quickly came up with a solution that would require just a few extra parts to ensure it looked nice, would last, and would ensure safety.
****also if you’re looking at the after photo of the vanity - he offered to repair and retexture the walls where the old vanity was torn off and I said we’d do it ourselves. Hindsight, he could’ve done a much better job than me and I wish I’d said yes. Anyway - just don’t want that unfinished piece to be a reflection of his work.
I’m so happy and both projects look great!! We are so pleased and will definitely be calling QT again.
