Great company from start to finish! Responded right away, and the next morning Ivan came out with samples, measured, and sent us a quote right away. Their prices were the best, and they were able to install just a few days later. The new carpet looks and feels awesome! Would definitely use again.

We had an awesome experience with Jeff. We had our carpet, existing wood and tile replaced with engineered hardwood. He's personable, His prices can't be beat, his crew showed up on time each day and they completed the job when we were promised. We will be using Jeff for future projects. I've sent his info to all of my friends.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by GC. Ivan was awesome to work with and made sure I got a great product for a great price. I recently moved into a new home that had existing carpet, and the crew was able to replace all the carpet, including the stairs, to beautiful engineered hardwood, all in record time. I love the look of the new floors and it gives the house a completely refreshed and modern look. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail GC provides is second to none. Finding GC Flooring was the biggest blessing. We found ourselves on the doorstep of a new home, in a new state, with a vision for a total renovation, but unable to find a contractor who could help us get to our goal. Jeff Capone originally just quoted us on gorgeous custom floors, but by the end of our consultation we had hired him to be the general contractor on our total renovation; which included major structural changes, removal of walls, removal of a staircase, doubling the size of our kitchen, all new floors, new walls, major electrical work, reconfiguring and remodeling bathrooms, custom designer kitchen, new windows, and exterior improvements. He is so wonderful to work with. He takes the time to understand your style and goes above and beyond to deliver a first class product and experience. You'll quickly find he cares more about your happiness than he does about his profit margin. We are over the moon happy with the fresh new interior to our older home, but even more grateful to have found Jeff. There are millions of Contractor horror stories out there. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All flooring types have different price points.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The inquiry is initiated by someone who is looking for a flooring remodel, we have a quick chat to go over their desires and then we set up an appointment to meet at their home where I give them a quote. If they choose my services, we work out a payment plan and an instalation schedule that works for each party. I explain the process thouroughly and stay in contact throughout the installation.
