- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't fall for the (DISCOUNT, REBATE and FREE) advertising. First of all, I promise you nothing is for free and if they are offering discounts, their price is too high to begin with. MIramar Flooring Solutions may not offer the lowest prices and by far are we the highest priced company, but rest assure we will be reasonable and our quality of work will speak for itself. "Skilled labor isn't cheap.....Cheap labor isn't skilled"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Miramar Flooring Solutions will bring the showroom to you. Our sales force has access to samples of every type of material from carpet, tile and wood to granite for your counter tops. If for any reason we don't have what your looking for, we can always visit the manufactures showroom direct.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years in the flooring industry, Customer Service has always been #1 for me. The quality of work falls hand in hand.
