- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Inspection fees are determined by the square footage of the property and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always conduct a phone consultation with all new clients to explain the structures and systems that I will be testing during the inspection process and the reporting delivery process. Then we discuss whats the best time and date to conduct the inspection and agree on the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Champions School of Real Estate and completed over 390 hours of course material and received my Professional Inspectors license from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
