Ms. Betty and her team did a phenomenal job. Let me first say that we have not had a professional house cleaning in years. We keep up with it as best we can but with a toddler and 4 animals, the dirt and dust and grime build up quickly. Ms. Betty was incredibly responsive when we first made contact, and throughout the entire process. She was friendly and fair with price. She and her team came on the day they had planned, and knocked out a full deep clean in 2.5 short hours. They did our windows, baseboards, light fixtures, cabinets, appliances, furniture, on top of the regular cleaning of floors, bathrooms, carpets, etc. They were incredibly thorough and made sure that I was happy before they left. Ms. Betty and her team are wonderful, and we would be happy to have them back!

I found my forever cleaner. Betty’s team came on short notice and they cleaned my kitchen so well, my counters are literally reflecting light back to us. I have worked with over a dozen cleaners in the past and I will never ever ever call anyone else to get my home done. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. Words can not describe how good of a job they did. Amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and get to know the customer. For instance, I’ll ask them what they are looking for, is there a preference on cleaning chemicals ect. I like to make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I work with all my heart and what’s most important for me is that my customers are pleased and satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was young lady, I loved cleaning because I had a large family, and I would always help my mother as she also did housekeeping work. I love cleaning and helping others. So, I took into taking this gift and working. They say you will never work a day in your life, If you love what you do. And I love to clean.
