We needed a final clean on our closing date for our home last minute. Sparkle Betty got her team over there quickly and did a tremendous job getting the house ready for it's new owners. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. They saved us today!

We found Betty through Thumbtack and were delighted with our experience. She brought in a team of 5 ladies who were like the Tazmanian devil of cleaners! They each took a section of the house and within 2 1/2 hours, the entire house was spotless. We have a 2-story, 4 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths - so this was no small feat. I'm super picky about cleanliness and was very, very happy with their work!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, and get to know the customer. For instance, I’ll ask them what they are looking for, is there a preference on cleaning chemicals ect. I like to make them feel comfortable to ask me questions. I work with all my heart and what’s most important for me is that my customers are pleased and satisfied with my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was young lady, I loved cleaning because I had a large family, and I would always help my mother as she also did housekeeping work. I love cleaning and helping others. So, I took into taking this gift and working. They say you will never work a day in your life, If you love what you do. And I love to clean.
