- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's a deep clean in your house it includes cleaning all rooms , living rooms, bathrooms, ceiling fans, countertops, baseboards , etc if you have a specific request just let me know thank you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually ask them how many bedrooms and bathrooms their is inside the house as well as asking them if they have pets or not. Before I ask them for the adress I usually tell them what my fee is so they know how much I charge up front and not have too hassle with the client over the settled agreement later when I have already finished the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed a job and realized that I was good at cleaning homes it came at good time because I needed a little extra money too support my daughters and have enough for them and utilities.
