Carlos and his 2 man crew were very responsive to my needs in laying mulch at two properties (in one day). They completing the job in the time stated. The estimated price and scope of work did not change once the work started. This is a young crew - I gave them a chance and they impressed me. Keep up the good work guys!!

Found that once they came to work on the landscaping, they set out quickly to work and completed the job. Unfortunately, in the landscaping, lawn care field, the Texas weather resulted in a few hiccups - they were scheduled for one day and actually did not come for two days after promised. Communication was handled via text, however, they responded twice only when I texted them first. They, however, were respectful and always consulted with me during the time they were here to complete the job that was promised. I got a complete estimate within the day they originally came out to review the project and visit with me regarding what needed to be done. I also think that if they wanted me to give them a deposit of half of the estimate, that should have been stated and printed on their estimate. I had two checks for them - half of the estimate was included on both checks - if this is important for them to maintain a good cash flow, they need to have this stated clearly on their estimate. They are a young company and hopefully this feedback will help them to become even more professional.
