- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with a confidential intake call to understand your needs and goals. Agreement & Scheduling: I outline the mediation process, fees, and expectations, then schedule sessions at your convenience. Information Gathering: I collect relevant background information and documents to prepare for mediation. Mediation Sessions: We meet (virtually or in-person) to discuss issues, explore solutions, and work toward agreement. Resolution & Follow-Up: I help draft agreements and provide follow-up support to ensure lasting outcomes.
