Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) volunteer As a National Professional Certified Mediator (NCPM) with advanced training from Cornell University, my practice is firmly rooted in employment law, compliance, and organizational dynamics. My work focuses on strategic conflict management, including workplace mediation involving employee relations, team dynamics, leadership challenges, and organizational change, as well as family mediation related to custody, parenting, and communication. I hold a Master of Legal Studies in Employment Law, Policy & Management from Texas A&M University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University’s George Herbert Walker School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Bethune‑Cookman University.
