FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free inspections and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so pricing depends on the size of the home, materials selected, and scope of work. We also offer financing options to help make larger projects more manageable for homeowners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free inspection to assess the condition of your roof or exterior. From there, we walk you through our findings, answer your questions, and provide clear recommendations based on your needs and budget. Once the project is approved, we handle scheduling, materials, installation, and cleanup while keeping you updated throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives ongoing training in roofing systems, exterior restoration, safety practices, and installation standards. As part of the Storm Guard family, we stay current on Texas building codes, manufacturer certifications, and industry best practices to ensure every project is completed the right way.
