He was very prompt to reply to the request to hire and he showed up when he said he would. Once here he tried to increase the quoted price even though my notes were very clear there was another (smaller) screen to be taken down before replacing it with the new screen. Once he completed and left we turned the tv on and couldn't get it to communicate with the camera we use this monitor for. So we had to take down the screen ourselves and he had not plugged in our camera, there was just a random plug left behind the tv, just a headache in general.
