A Heavenly Sparkle does an amazing job! They are very thorough and conscientious, they clean and treat your home as if it was their own. They are also very considerate of pets - I have 2 cats, one of them is extremely skittish and they always seems like they're able to work around him well. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually fall right in the middle with pricing. We do alot more than most cleaners and charge less than many of the top pros. If we know the sq ft and the condition of the home we can give a better quote. If it seems over the top then you may want to contact me. We try to work with you to find the right price. Usually after the first clean has been done a 2000 to 2500 sq ft home averages about 145 to 160 bi wkly or monthly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the home to look at it. Talk with customer and their concerns. I come up with an estimate in the time provided. Then we set the date and how often. I provide my own cleaning products. I try to keep strong chemical products down and use chemical free when possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 Years with home health. Employee of the month.
Cleaned late teen years into my 20's and 30s
Now I have turned it into a business. It is hard work but I enjoy the freedom and flexibility.
