I had a full roof replacement. Dexter was always in communication, and pricing was fair. A couple of other companies didn't want to provide an estimate until they knew what my insurance would pay, which I found irritating. Dexter inspected the roof and within hours I had the estimate. On-site supervisor Robert bent over backwards to solve any unexpected structural issues, and I couldn't be happier with the new roof.

A few days later, Dexter, the sales representative, came to assess the damage. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail.Given the urgency of my situation with another rainstorm approaching, I messaged them for a temporary fix. Dexter truly went above and beyond by sealing my roof until they could perform the full repair. A few days later, their team came out and completed the job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process and even left some extra shingles for me to use later. I highly recommend Fortenberry Roofing without hesitation.
