5 stars! Curtis and his team made sure we arrived at all of our wine reservations on time. The driver stayed nearby so if we finished with a tasting early, he was there in less than 5 minutes to pick us up. If you have a big group like us, I highly recommend hiring Texas Event Shuttle!

We used Texas Event Shuttles for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing. Curtis and his team picked my guests up from the hotel, and drove them to the wedding venue on perfect timing. After the wedding, they drove our guests back to the hotel.As the bride, I was not ready for the night to end, so Curtis offered to use one of the shuttles to drop some of us off at the bar. We also had a few guests not staying at the hotel, and when Curtis saw them ordering an uber home, he insisted on driving them home in the shuttle.We cannot thank Curtis and his team at Texas Event Shuttles enough for going above and beyond for us and our wedding guests. From our first meeting to the end of the night, they were communicative, professional, fun and easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend!!

I used Texas Event Shuttle for a corporate team building event and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. Curtis was extremely responsive via email to get everything set up and arranged. Our driver for the day was Chase and he was great to work with. He was prompt when he picked us up and communicated with us throughout the day as our plans and pickup times changed. I will definitely use Texas Event Shuttle in the future and highly recommend them.

Texas Event Shuttles were such a great and efficient addition to my wedding, allowing the guests to travel with ease without worrying about Ubers! Our wedding was pretty out of town and would have been a drive for a lot of people that otherwise probably would have lost their way. They were communicative, respectful, very timely, and especially affordable! I appreciate all of their help and would absolutely work with them again. If youre considering shuttle service for your event, I highly recommend Texas Event Shuttles!

Driver was pleasant and communicated, and was on time with the hectic traffic with ACL fest. Clean ride and nice sound system. Will call again for future shuttle needs.

    We charge an hourly or flat rate for these trip. We have no hidden fees. We do have minimum tip percentages.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I receive their information on our website, I inform them of our vehicle availability and options and prices for their submission. If they followup about needing our service, we can get them booked!
