- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing packages that start at $200 for a basic photo shoot that includes 3-5 fully edited high resolution digital images. Custom packages are always available as is custom printing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the new customer process is always Communication! It doesn't matter if it's by phone, email, text, or face to face meeting. I need to know exactly what you're looking for and what will make you 100% satisfied with my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training really starts after you graduate. Once you've mastered the camera itself, you move on to lighting, composition, and most importantly, customer service. My decades of experience and my passion for people and quality images speak more than any amount of education ever could.
