- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because the large majority of our work is custom and every job is different we may not be able to give you a price over the phone or through instant messaging but may need to send an estimator to your location. What you see on the written proposal is what you are charged. If paying by credit card there will be an additional transaction fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when you call we will take your details and send them to our estimator. Our estimator will then call you later to schedule a time convenient for both you and him.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for many years and our employees have years of experience in construction.
