Introduction: Utilizing an integrated approach involving Adlerian, cognitive-behavioral and existential therapies, I work with clients who need to change their lives and thoughts to do that. I work with clients who have mood disorders, thought disorders, anxiety disorders and childhood disorders such as ADHD and some disorders in the autism spectrum. This work is done in a rural setting, away from the speed of city life.

I provide the best service possible for all of my clients and hope they receive what they need. Counseling is an often long process and takes time to get at the roots of whatever is causing the problem. Patience and perserverance are necessary in the field of therapy especially when dealing with someone's mind.
