- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the job and location—for example, ceilings cost more than walls. All prices include materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to assess the issue in person before preparing a free quote, and we can typically schedule the repair within two weeks. If an in-person visit isn't possible, I'm happy to provide a quote based on photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up surrounded by construction—my relatives did drywall and painting, and my family has been in the trade my whole life. I've been trained by the franchise to perform repairs the PatchMaster way and am OSHA certified.
