- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, scope, materials, and specific needs of each project. Divine Construction LLC believes in providing fair, competitive, and transparent pricing with clear estimates before work begins. We work with our customers to find options that fit their budget without sacrificing quality. Any additional work or changes requested after the project begins will be discussed and approved before additional charges are made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the customer to understand their project, goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule a site visit when needed, review the work that needs to be completed, and provide a detailed estimate. Once the customer approves the scope and pricing, we schedule the project and keep communication open throughout the entire job. Our goal is to make the process organized, dependable, and stress-free from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on construction experience in residential and commercial projects, including remodeling, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, fencing, decks, carpentry, and general construction. We also place a strong emphasis on jobsite safety, proper installation practices, quality workmanship, and staying knowledgeable about construction standards and project requirements. We are osha certified as well.
