My small upstairs bathroom sink had overflowed ruining the carpeted area. I wanted to replace the carpet with porcelain tile. I explained to Joe my anxiety since the last tile installer that I had used did a poor job so I wanted to start with something small. Everything that Joe informed me of was clear and concise, the time that the work would take and the need to waterproof the sub floor. I have several other tiling jobs that need to be done, two of which I have already rehired Cen-Tex to border out the last tile installers work to improve the appearance and re-tile another bathroom. For all future tile installation and flooring Joe and team will be my go-to.

Joe did an amazing job on our tile work. He did a glass backsplash and a tile wall behind our bar that looks like a wood wall. He was very professional and had great communication throughout the process. Very fun to work with and I will definitely hire him for any future tile work.

It really depends on the job..the reason I give a preliminary proposal to the client is take into account any surprises during the job so that there will be no surprises to the client at the end of the job..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call them and make an appointment for a free estimate..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years hands on experience in the tile and flooring industry and Bobby has been painting his whole life.
