What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s very competitive because we are family owned and operated. I'm not in this for the money but because I enjoy what I do and helping the customers who cain't help them selves means a lot to me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will walk through there project with them and go over all cost and material and I set the price for the work and leave the decision up to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing electrical work since I was a young boy and I thoroughly enjoy it. I am very passionate about my work. I've worked for several companies and decided to go out on my own to serve customers in an honest way.
