Introduction: I have a Severe dislike of having to Rework the same issue so First time Full resolution is my Goal. A customer should not have to call me back or have to call someone else to redo or finish a job I have done. Running into problems that are fresh and new, although most of the calls I receive tend to be very familiar I have run into one or two problems that have made me stop and think of how to fix it. It is fixing and getting around those bugs that makes the job worth doing for me.
