We love Kate!!! Our dog is from a puppy mill so she is VERY skittish around new people. When we arrived, Kirby was nervous but by the time I picked her up, she would not leave Kate's side. Kate took her time grooming her and was very attentive to detail. She said Kirby was scared of the clippers so Kate scissor cut her legs/paws so that Kirby wasn't scared. I love that she learned what bothered Kirby and took her time to find another solution to make her feel more comfortable. Kirby looks the best she has ever looked and she was more happy than she's ever been leaving the groomers! Kate kept me updated with text messages throughout the day and texted to check on Kirby later that evening. Her prices are unbeatable and it is so evident that she really really loves the animals and loves her job! We have officially found a long-term groomer for our sweet pup!
