- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $300 per month, with pricing based on transaction volume and the level of support your business needs. Cleanup and catch-up projects start at $750, with final pricing based on the condition of the books and the amount of work required. I provide clear pricing before work begins, so you know what to expect. There is no charge for the initial discovery call, where we can discuss your needs and determine the right level of support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free discovery call to learn about your business, what is working, what feels overwhelming, and what you need from your bookkeeping. From there, I review your current books and recommend a scope of work based on where things stand today. Once we agree on a plan, I complete onboarding, establish access and workflows, and get to work. Whether you need ongoing monthly bookkeeping or help cleaning up and catching up your books, my goal is to create a dependable system that gives you accurate records, clearer financial information, and fewer things to worry about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring more than eight years of bookkeeping experience and am an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional and QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. My additional certifications include QuickBooks Online Level 2, QuickBooks Payroll, and Intuit Enterprise Suite. I also bring nearly two decades of professional operations experience and more than a decade of leadership experience, with extensive work involving budgets, financial oversight, systems, compliance, and organizational management.
