- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nova Titan Systems uses transparent, upfront, flat-rate pricing with no surprise fees. Every job includes diagnostics, labor, and travel costs whenever possible. For more advanced services—such as cybersecurity audits, network upgrades, server repair, and business IT setups—we provide written quotes before any work begins. Discounts are available for veterans, seniors, small businesses, multi-site clients, and repeat customers. My goal is to provide premium service at fair, predictable prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: I gather details about the issue or project. Diagnosis: I perform a full assessment (remote or onsite). Clear Plan: I explain the exact steps to fix the problem or complete the project. Approval: No work starts until you approve the cost and scope. Execution: I complete the work professionally, document everything, and test thoroughly. Follow-Up: I provide recommendations, maintenance tips, and 30-day support on most services.

have over 10 years of IT, networking, and field-tech experience, including: B.S. in Computer Science (Information Security concentration) Active certifications and training in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and OT/industrial systems Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Cradlepoint, Ubiquiti, Lexmark, POS systems, SCADA/PLC networks, and enterprise hardware Professional field-service contractor for national service networks and enterprise clients
