- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually do not give a price until I look at the project because of the many factors that can arise. Many times the project is not ready for me to begin installation. Areas may need additional preparation before a good installation can be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and find out what they’re needing done. I can bring many ideas to the table some of which the customer had not considered. Understanding what the customer wants allows me to deliver a project that we are both proud of.
