I submitted my request late on a Sat afternoon and received a text from Memphis within minutes. We shared a few texts and quickly had a time scheduled on a Sunday. He encountered a slight issue with our scheduled time and immediately contacted me and worked to find a solution. My wife was very impressed with Memphis and his co worker. They took extra time to ensure the install was correct- they decided the original wall mount was too high and took time to remove newly installed tv to relocate the mount and re-install. I was not home during the install but received updates and multiple pictures while he was on sight. I will definitely be recommending Memphis and using in future should there be another large TV purchase.

Memphis arrived right on time and refused to leave until the project was perfect, and he made it PERFECT. Couldn’t be happier I found him to mount our 85 inch tv above our fireplace. He even left to buy a mount for us after I got the wrong one. You won’t regret hiring him.
