Maybe you're like me and you dread having to work with folks in the trades because you have no idea if the job is being priced fairly or the work is being done correctly or if the people doing it even care about your home. That could just be me. Alpha Omega Electric is NOT one of those companies. Josh and Juan are thorough, communicative, dedicated, and fair. They took time to explain to me why my main panel replacement and subpanel swap were costing more than I thought, and I came away with a better understanding of everything that goes into that work. After moving into our new house we wanted recessed lighting added to 3 rooms and several wall outlets installed. AOE took care of everything and did beautiful work. I am having them install a generator transfer switch as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive rates but we provide superior quality so if the only thing that matters is the cheapest price then we are probably not the best fit for you. For larger projects we can some times offer discounts depending on the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial Phone consultation - Scheduled Job or estimate - Walk though of the project with the customer or explanation of the estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Residential and Commercial - Home rewires and New Construction - Panel replacements/upgrades - Install lights, plugs, switches - Off Grid solar and battery back up systems - Generator installation (Generac) - Low voltage wiring for security cameras and landscape lighting - 400 Amp Panel Installs - Mini-split Installs I have 20 years of experience and there's almost nothing I have not seen or worked on
