My time is valuable to me and this work is often difficult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask them what they are looking for. Some of them have never hired a cleaner, some of them have many times. Usually the cleaner will walk them through the questions and they will provide the answers they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve taken classes to learn about product safety on different surfaces, and when to use paper towels to remain sanitized.
