My utility room roof leaked, and caused a major breakage in the ceiling. I was desperate to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called others before CCA, but they disappeared after the first visit. I found this company online, but was needed help so bad, I thought I would try them. I am so glad I did. The owner of the company was completely professional, in every contact. He made appointments, and kept them. The one time we were delayed because of weather, he called and kept me abreast of the situation. On the morning of the repair, he was in contact, and his crew showed up exactly as scheduled. In addition to his professionalism, he has a crew to be proud of. They are responsible, know what they are doing, and get right to work without delay. The entire repair took under 4 hours, because they never once quit for a break. I wish all contractors were this good. Would I recommend this company? In a heartbeat. Yes, they are not the cheapest. But if the cheapest don't bother to show, or call, what good is cheap? This company delivers, and that is worth a few extra bucks in my book.
