Tommy was really great to work with! He was communicative about his schedule and worked hard to wrap up before we had to move into the house when the project wasn't able to start on the earlier timeline we initially desired. The tile looks beautiful and we would probably look into hiring him again in a few years when we're ready to redo our bathrooms.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working summers for a contractor when I was 16. By the time I was 18 I had learned enough to start my own business doing painting and handyman work. In those early years I would go back and forth from my own work, to working with various contractors where I continued to learn and grow.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do more shower pans and complete shower remodels than any other one type of work. I have become a specialist in shower pans and shower systems. It's a shame, but I replace more shower pans in new homes than in old homes. Too many are built improperly in new construction. A leaking shower pan can rot your home from the inside out if not caught in time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get at least 5 bids. Discard any that are way high or way low and check references on the others.
