What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I tell my customers what I am capable of and what I am not, just ask. I ask what your project is if I need more details and if not I will immediately tell you if I can take care of your job or not and at what price!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in residential plumbing for 5 years, as well as fixing relatives house problems, such as broken sheetrock.
