We’ve had rats in my walls and attic, and they were making constant scratching noise that it drove my nuts, thankfully I’ve found ProActive. Jacob and Ivan were very responsive, punctual and professional, when they scoped our house looking for entry points for rats. I couldn’t figure out how the rats got in our house, since there were a lot of blind spots where I wouldn’t have thought of, and thanks to the guys, they were able to find out the source just by looking at the blemishes and signs of oil marks in the front of our house, they strategically place traps around the house and was able to seal the entry point up with hardened foam. It’s been three months since we’ve initiated their business, and since then, there are no signs of droppings in the attic and no more noise. I would highly recommend them!

They arrived and immediately went right to looking for where the problem was in my attic. Our home is spray foamed so it’s hard to see where an issue was but they found it. Sealed everything up, baited and we are good to go.
