We have a Samsung refrigerator/freezer in the garage that wasn't defrosting. It is not connected to water/ice. It was releasing water, but it was sending it everywhere but out. The chunks of ice were 2 inches thick is some areas. The bin at the bottom was freezing the meat we had there and some I could not save. Our regular appliance tech doesn't touch Samsung. Demi's reviews showed many had used him for their Samsung refrigerators and were pleased with his work. It has been a month now and the Samsung is working great The bottom bin in the freezer slides in and out easily now and no ice in sight. Thank you Demi. You did an excellent job!
