I have had lots of AC issues over the years, so when my AC wasn't blowing air i immediately shut it off and started a search on Thumbtack. I actually had two guys out the next morning. The first guy out diagnosed my upstairs unit (that is old and likely needs repairs-but it was running and working) and never got to the problem with the downstairs unit. Comfort air came in after i left, looked at everything and let me know i could replace a part and be up and running but it would be a new board on a 20 year old unit. My wife chimed in and said just replace it. From the time Gauge came through the door to estimate the repair to the completion of removing my old heater/air handler and dragging it out of the attic and hauling the new one up and installing it and having it working in just over 24 hours. In September 95 degree weather that's import. i have old stuff i know that. But Gauge was honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. I would strongly recommend COMFORT AIR for all you HVAC needs.
